Royal Posture Back Support, L/XL

I bought this product to remind me to sit/stand without slouching. I had gone through 2 rounds of Physical Therapy (about 8 months apart) for shoulder pain caused by poor posture. When my other shoulder started hurting about 11 months after that, I decided to try this product to see if it would help me be aware of my bad posture so I could correct it . It works great!!! The part that goes down my back and the straps around my shoulders gently pull the shoulders back and reminds me to straighten my back when I let it get rounded forward. After wearing it for part of the day for several days, I found myself correcting my posture even when I wasn't wearing it! It worked so well, I got one for my husband! He also loves this product! I would suggest using a tape measure to measure yourself (as described in the sizing section) so you can be sure you are getting the right size. I wear a size 16-18 blouse, and the L/XL fit very well. In my opinion, the company should consider adding a 2x/3x option for people who cannot use the L/XL. It can be a little hard to get your arms into the straps and the brace on your shoulders the first few times you use it, but you soon get the hang of it and putting it on becomes easy. The brace is comfortable to wear and is sold at a great price! I highly recommended it for anyone who needs a help with their posture and/or mild back support!
