Love it but not from this seller

I love this thing!!! Have gotten it several times. I will say once the original battery dies and you replace it with a battery of your own, it doesn’t last long. Unfortunately this time, from this seller, it arrived in a semi open box with no battery or cleaning brush. Just a darn shell. I’m not happy and won’t be getting one from here ever again.

The brand is not as advertised. it is NOT a Finishing Touch product. The pictures are incorrect. When i got the product, it says "Flawlbss" on the box. it is NOT a Flawless by Finishing Touch product. That being said, it works ok. I'm waiting for the real Flawless product to get back in stock.

Cheap knockoff

I ordered Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover, which I had had in the past with good results. What I received was "FLAWLBSS" Facial Hair Remover, a cheap knockoff. It stopped working after one use, and despite trying recharging the battery, it only worked again when I replaced the head. Also, while the instructions mention the possibility of replacing the battery, this is impossible because the product is a solid unit, so unlike the real Flawless, it does not open to the battery. Very disappointed in Walmart for this one.
