DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Purchased 2 packs ( 4 straps total) last fall to replace my 20yr old Carefree straps that were worn out. The strap material was worn out, NOT the plastic retainer that slides back n forth inside the awning tube. On my second trip out this spring, 3 of the 4 PLASTIC retainers failed! The retainers extend 1/4" out past the tube slide rail. When the awnings are retracted, the plastic bends to fit the contour of the round awning tube. POORLY designed.
