Damaged upon arrival, quality control issues.

These are a collectors item. It was shipped in a box that is the same size of the item and because the this the corners are rolled. (So much for being a collectors item, or gifting it). After closer inspection the binding on several of the books are not glued. Quality control issue? Was told by Walmart's system that the company would reach out within 48 hours and after a few weeks give or take I never did hear anything.
