Great Lasting Color

This review is for the color 536A Dark Wine. I absolutely love it , I have been searching for a replacement that was similar / close in color to one that I had used for years which has been discontinued. I happened to see this Wet n Wild brand and seeing it online the color looked similar and being less than a dollar what did I have to lose. I received it and WOW ! I was totally shocked , it is almost exact to what I had been using for years and it goes on smooth. I had to go out today for an appointment so I applied it , Looked great , felt great and I swear to you it lasted all day. I feel it moisturized my lips as they feel softer tonight as I write this review. Oh, did I mention I received several compliments on my appearance while out and about , was it the lips ? Maybe .. They did look pretty darn awesome. LOL ! Great lipstick at a super price a definite winner and beautiful color. More : The color is not quite as dark as it appears online but I would call it a med. wine and it's not a matte it has some silkiness to it as it glides on.

A Really Good Lipstick With Lasting Color

I was at one of those dollar type stores and bought this exact lipstick. Got home and found it on Walmart for less money. I have a very light complexion with dark brown hair (lots of gray too) and am an older woman. But I love to wear makeup so that I feel better about myself. This shade is perfect for me. It does go on feeling silky and is such a pretty color. It is a wine color and darker, but not the darkest shade of wine. Feels good on my lips. After I applied the lipstick it was close to dinner time and I was at home, so I wiped off the lipstick with tissues. As hard as I wiped, it still left a color to my lips that was so pretty. I was surprised. So if I am out somewhere I won't have to keep reapplying the lip color. And there is another plus to this lipstick: it is NOT tested on animals. I am very pleased and I will be buying more of this brand in different colors. I am poor and have to really budget my money. And getting this lipstick for under a dollar at Walmart just makes me feel happy.
