Inexpensive, high quality workout bands
Great, sturdy elastic bands in multiple resistances. They are fun, colorful and a great addition to any workout or stretching exercises. They really helped me after my knee replacement to build up strength and mobility. They take up zero space and come in a handy little cinch bag.

Cost effective and work great
There is no need to go out and spend a lot of money on workout equipment. Something as simple as these bands give you a massive variety of workouts you can do right in your own home. All you have to do find a guide in a quick internet search and you are on your way. I like to use a nice cushiony yoga matt or do the workouts right on my rug. Start with the lower resistance bands if you need to and work your way up to the stronger bands. Its nice to keep them in the little pouch it came with and just put them on a wall hook for storage.

These are my tv commercial bands!
These are very easy to store away, hang right in the closet, bag included. Trying to get more exercise, I'm 60. I grab the bands while watching tv and start at X-Heavy during the commercials, rest, next set of commercials I move to Heavy and on down to the lightest on my legs. Next day, do same with arms. There's really no reason that you can't start sitting down. For me X Heavy is like wearing a pencil skirt, that much resistance and the X Light is like the width of a jumping jack, very light and thin with no chance of snapping. Nice, good resistance, takes up no room.
