I am a long-term user of the Circul ring and use it every night. I just wanted to share how much this ring has helped my health. In my case, it helped me detect that I have low oxygen periods at night that not only affected my night's sleep but also affected my alertness during the day. This motivated me to go to the doctor and get a sleep study. Sure enough, I have sleep apnea. But there is more! Because I have the ring every night, I was able to further understand my condition. In my case, via experimentation, I was able to determine that I had ‘positional sleep apnea', i.e. when I am on my back. When I am on my side, my oxygen level remains at high levels. Thus, I was able to get a device that I wear at night that just keeps me from rolling onto my back. I now get a good nights sleep every night and was able to solve this with easier solution versus a CPAP machine. So, the point is that this ring was the key to unlocking a good solution for me and my doctor was impressed on my research and happy that we could solve my sleep apnea issue.
