The setup was pretty easy but the touch screen kept freezing, I couldn't get a hold of customer service til the next day. The gentleman I spoke with so incredibly rude was very short with me and spoke to me as if I was a dummy. He helped me set up the router but didn't fix the problem with the touch screen he told me it didn't matter I don't really need it. So I have a touch screen router that I can't use and if I want to change settings I will have to call in again and hope I don't get the same guy. So does the router work well 50/50 cuz yes we have wifi but we can't change anything on our router cuz he didn't want to fix it or he couldn't fix it and I am assumimg didn't wanna send us out a new one where the touch screen worked.

Not worth the touch screen
It was great for a couple of weeks. Now the signal cuts out and doesn't ever reach one end of the house. Also, the clock is a joke. It constantly either locks up on whatever time it was or just shuts off.
