Exactly as pictured

I bought the blue rug. Color true to picture. Not as soft as I was expecting. Had a little chemical smell when we first unrolled it but it went away quickly. Exactly what I wanted and looks well made.

Poor Quality, Poor Packaging

Very poor quality on the product and packaging. I could see the backing of the rug through the top yarns, and yarns were coarse, it inviting to step on. The packaging also did 2 things to the rug: 1.) created 3 deep creases at one end...where the rug should have been rolled, it was laid flat and stacked; 2.) there was a large sticky tag placed directly on the top fibers, it was a nightmare to remove and left sticky residue on the fibers. A bad purchase.
