Poor quality and ZERO customer service

The center stone is very cloudy. Not only that, but it arrived damaged! The stone is loose and found out only when I went to propose which was mortifying. The claim department states they won't cover it due to manufacture defect, but no one will give me the manufacturer contact info and of course it isn't listed! This is very ridiculous
