EXCELLENT BREAKFAST CEREAL! COOKS IN 2/12 MINUTES. I PREPARE IT WITH WATER/MILK AND BUTTER, WARM IT TO A QUICK REDUCED HEAT BOIL. I NEVER MEASURE I ADD THE AMOUNT I WANT AND IT IS DONE IN 2 1/2 MINUTES. ABSOLUTELY YUMMY. I LIKE TO ADD A PACKET OF MAPLE INSTANT CEREAL WHICH IS ALREADY SWEETENED WITH BROWN SUGAR. SO I COOK THE REGULAR CREAM OF WHEAT FOR 1 1/2 MINUTES THEN ADD THE INSTANT PACKET FOR THE LAST MINUTE, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. YOU CAN ALWAYS ADD MORE MILK FOR CREAMIER AND MORE LIQUIDY FLAVOR. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS WITH A TOAST OF ENGLISH MUFFINS/WHITE AND OR WHEAT BREAD. A PERFECT BREAKFAST MEAL.
