great value, all you could want

the ball is well made and comes as a complete kit. you have everything you need in the bag. I wanted more movement so i use a bungee cord on top rather then the rubber cord it comes with, but either works. As good as any double end bag on the market for less money. I recommended this product to people i train with, they bought it and also like it. well worth the money .
