Extremely durable

I have used the 12 VDC version of this 12000 series winch in the woods for years. It is not susceptible to exceeding its duty cycle nor is it bothered by weather. The winch is apparently indestructible. The one time I did manage to break it Dutton would not send parts, rather they rebuilt the winch at the factory and returned it with new aircraft and electrical cables, no charge.

Totally satisfied

Installed the StrongArm winch on my boat lift to replace hand winch. Wonderful tool. Used throughout summer, and it worked well every time. Quickly raised and lowered boat. Totally satisfied, and would recommend for other applications
