I loved my old Incipio phone case that I used on Samsung galaxy for several years. I'd ordered my old Incipio directly from the company website which may have been my downfall this time around. I recently got a new phone so I ordered this new Incipio from Walmart four months ago. The only reason my review has one star is because I've had two solid (scary) drops of my cell phone in four months and the case has been more than solid enough protecting my phone. But, that's all the good I can say. Not only does the case not fit my phone properly, even though it's specifically listed for a Samsung Galaxy s10e, the case doesn't even fit properly together by itself. The inner rubber case doesn't sit flush inside the outer, hard box. I've also discovered that the case is somehow melting from the inside out. My phone is not hot. But when I took off my case to clean this morning, I saw massive bubbles and melted plastic on the inside of the Incipio case. I have no idea how long this has been bubbling below the surface. And now I'm very worried about what damage the melting of this cheap Incipio (if it's in fact Incipio and not just a fake) material may have done to the inner workings of my cell before I caught this. Also makes me extremely concerned that a silent, weird looking chemical reaction was happening on the device that I hold in my hands for hours on end.
