The set up of this product was so easy. I've never had a home computer and did the set up all on my own. Came with everything I needed to be up and running. One tip.........be sure and plug in the wireless adaptor (included) That's the only thing I didn't do right away so my "no internet connection" baffled me. So no issues on any part of this item...I'm just not computer savvy . Plugged in and up and running in no time with no other issues

Everything shown was included. CPU, Keyboard and mouse function great. Had some issues with monitor but it is due to a VGA cord that did not attached completly (CPU was missing one of the receiver nuts for screwing the VGA cord into the CPU from Monitor. Other wise only 2 weeks in and functioning fine
