This is a plain 316L high-grade surgical steel labret, monroe, lip jewelry with a 4mm surgical steel spike.
The comfortable flat end measures 4mm.
The size is available in 14 gauge and 8mm-5/16, 10mm-3/8, or 11mm-7/16 of an inch or 16 gauge and 10mm-3/8, or 11mm-7/16 of an inch.
