I have a lot of heat danage from my flat ironing, silk press moments. My curl pattern was damaged. When I use this protein my curl pattern is slowly but gradually popping back. I would say my hair type is 2B-2C, I am not sure. I purchased the Manuka honey and yogurt mask based off a quiz I took on the sheamoisture website. They nailed it!!!!! My hair was thinning and so dry I was losing my curls, and a ton of hair. After using the mask, I also purchased the leave in conditioner spray, it is giving me my hair back. Thank you shea moisture!
