The Cerwin-Vega XED62 is a 6.5-inch 2-way coaxial speaker designed for full-range sound reproduction in standard automotive speaker locations. As part of the XED Series, these speakers combine a woofer and tweeter into a single assembly for straightforward installation and balanced frequency response.

The polypropylene cone woofer with a treated foam surround supports controlled midbass output, while the integrated aluminum dome tweeter provides clear high-frequency detail. An internal crossover manages frequency distribution between the drivers without the need for external components. A stamped steel basket provides durability and structural stability for in-vehicle use.

With a 4-ohm impedance and moderate power handling, the XED62 speakers are compatible with factory head units or aftermarket amplifiers. Included grilles and a shallow mounting depth support installation in a wide range of vehicle door and panel locations.
