I want to go there!

I coud watch the New York reel again and again, there is always one favorite reel in these packs that you will come back to and watch over again. It feels like the real thing on these destination reels that if I never made it there I still feel like I experienced going there and know what it would be like to actually go there and tour those locations. I know which place I would visit first, then the rest would be icing on the cake if I became a world traveler. I plan on purchasing more destination sights, I feel like part of the learning experience of the history of the area without the sight and no souvenirs. They are not really needed you still get the satisfaction of feeling the history of the area, it feels very serene grasping the knowledge, and it is all in 3D, it is a true virtual reality experience. The Tower of London is another destination that will be worth a visit. It looks so clean and freshly painted which I am almost positive it is the actual depiction of the way it is. It is a definite 'destination' I will keep in my mind for a vacation trip. I will watch this a few reel times also, it is so clean and pretty. So many sights to see on each these reels and the 3D effect keeps you coming back. There is the Mayan ruins in the Yucatan where you feel like you are there, and I do want to go there and climb the stairs on one of the temples if possible.

LOVE this!

You must first purchase the Virtual Reality View Master in order to use this experience pack. Once you download the app for the Destinations experience pack on your smart phone, follow the directions and step into another world! Have you ever been to the Reflections of China 360 experience at Disney World? If you have then I don't have to say anything more! This truly IS a 360 degree experience with 3D photos, action video and sound. Click on various digital icons to go to the next frame and yet another world opens up. This experience pack takes you to the Statue of Liberty where it is so “real” you feel like you can reach out and touch it! Then move on to explore Mayan ruins (my grandson's favorite). Each “click” takes you even deeper into the experience, offering movies, information and the sound quality is very good! Actually, this is more than a 360 degree experience because you can look up and down as well as all around and see even more things in incredible detail! Our highly technical 12 year old grandson tried it out and all he could say is “wow, this is way cool”! At present there are only 3 different experience packs. Hopefully they will make more because I will definitely purchase them! Not only did the grandchildren enjoy this, my husband and I did too. VERY reasonably priced for what you receive. Highly recommend this toy for “children” of all ages!

Cool 3D Effect

I would only recommend this or buy it if I knew someone already had the VR View Master; the Virtual Reality is very cool, and the discs are set up to give information about the subjects, as well as take you through different places. This one is London, New York and Chichen Itza. It's not really like being there, but it is interesting, and the 'experience' is worth viewing. You need the VR View Master, and the Destination Experience Pack has the 'passport' required to use it with your smartphone, and the three discs, one for each place. But make sure you do everything exactly as the instructions say; if you don't, it may not work. You have to download things from the internet, and it's set up for Android phones, although there is an adaptor that you can use for iPhones. It seems as if you are in the center of each place, and turn a full 360 degrees, with things to see all around. You center the dot on an area that's indicated, pull the lever and get to see something else. I think it is a little limited in the number of things to see and explore, but it's still an interesting experience.
