Severe liver damage may occur if: Adults take more than 12 tablets in 24 hours, child takes more than 5 tablets in 24 hours, taken with other drugs containing acetaminophen, or adult has 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product. Allergy Alert: acetaminophen may cause severe skin or severe allergic reactions. Symptoms may include: Skin reddening, blisters, rash, hives, facial swelling, asthma (wheezing), or shock. If a skin or general allergic reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away. Sore throat warning: If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. Do not use with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist. Ask a doctor before use if the user has: Liver disease, a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, glaucoma, or trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if the user is taking the blood thinning drug warfarin, or taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product: excitability may occur, especially in children, drowsiness may occur, avoid alcoholic beverages, alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness, use caution when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Stop use and ask a doctor if: Pain gets worse or lasts more than 5 days (children 6 to under 12 years) or 10 days (adults), fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days, redness or swelling is present, or new symptoms occur. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Overdose warning: Taking more than the recommended dose may cause liver damage. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.

It works - and it won't raise your BP
So many medications that are heart safe just don't help relieve cold symptoms. Coricidin works. Period. Fast acting, long lasting and effective. The packaging can be a bugger to open but that's the only downside. Keep a scissors handy and you're set. It's worth it.

Great Cold Product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried The Coricidin HBP Cold and Flu tablets, when I had a mild head ache and a cold ,it really worked great. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. I don't have High Blood Pressure but I do have family members that do and I will suggest this product to them.Over all it works well for minor cold symptoms, great cold medicine!
