Certain medication's I take cause dry mouth. I find this product to be perfect for my needs. It literally sits on my bedside table at night and I have one in my purse. Should I go anywhere. It does help and the lemon taste is helpful. I have tried other name brand products for dry mouth oral rinse and this seems to be the best one I have found. I give it five stars.
