OMG...There's four.
When they mentioned four pack. I thought the swing bar and three of plastic clips. I was completely wrong. It's four sets of swing bars and four pairs of plastic clips. Fortunately that helped me a lot with the organization I'm doing for my home. Feels solid but I'm not sure what's the max weight limit.
