The package of cannoli shells smells great. They stay fresh and crisp until ready to use. They hold the perfect amount of filling. They can still accommodate a cherry half or mini chips on the ends. They are just the right size for a couple bites. They taste great and hold up well after filling.

These cannoli shell are like the ones we made with my Italian grandmother from the old country. They are They have a thin delicate crip and are insanely addictively delicious. It has been a long time I have not a Cannoli shell this thin and delicious. Make sure the box has the words Suprimo Italiano on it. I have bought them from Restaurant Depot which have the same color box but are thicker and harder made for longer filed storage. A true Cannoli that is so delicious would be eaten so quickly that you might not even known there was any.
