This product is hard to blend out if you want a powder form. It does taste like Ashwagandha but the woodlike chips left in the product taste like cedar wood. It cannot blend to a powder form. I am not sure what the root chip is mixed with but the sharp edges is more like wood chips. I will not waste money on this product.
