A good toilet seat hinge. I used it to replace a plastic hinge that broke after almost ten years. The screws didn't line up with the old hinge's screw-holes, but easy enough to drill some new holes - and spackled in the old holes. Haven't had it long, but it seems pretty solid and I hope it lasts for years.
