Not worth buying!

Purchased in 2013 for Christmas lights outside. Worked for a month 2013 & 2014. Tried to use it this year, when I plugged in the lights to the timer, they worked for 10 min. and started blinking and then the lights went dim. Changed the dial to a different position, and that did not help. Cannot use it now. Waste of money.
