UMI Performance 4049F Factory Height High Performance Front Springs 1964-72 GM A

Bought these after dropping a 454 in my 68 chevelle. Cut one coil length off after installing and seeing how high it sat. Should have cut another half of a coil winding off but gonna wait till the cars completed. Good springs all around, just didn't realize how high 'factory height was gonna be after dropping a heavier engine in.

Installing new coil springs to an older car is not a very easy thing to do. So after road tests having to spend the time to cut the springs down twice to get proper ride height, it was awesome to find the performance and feel of my 64 Malibu was a 1000% better. Spring travel much less, but doesn't feel harsh. Well worth the time and money.
