Women\'s Pink Car Hop Costume

This is advertised as a full costume with skirt, blouse and hat. I did NOT receive a blouse and upon reading the very fine print on the cardboard discovered that it's not included with this package. This is not how it's portrayed on the website and I paid over $28.00 for this crap. I don't expect fine materials from a costume, but this one was one of the worst I've purchased. The apron is not sewn all the way around so the skirt sags in the back (and the almost non-existent elastic doesn't help keep the skirt up). The hat is so big it would fit Shrek. And I can't get a refund because it's Halloween merchandise. If I hadn't been in a jam with no time to spare, I would have returned this immediately.
