it seems there's no chance to correct situation

They sent the wrong item, and when I contacted them about it, they didn't offer to send the correct one. I got my hopes up to get a planner I've been looking for for years. I was disappointed when I opened it up, even though I contacted them before I made the purchase and was assured I'd get it. When I received the wrong one, I was super excited until I openned it and was wrong, but then just figured it may be a pain in the neck, but I would probably be able to get the one I ordered after jumping through some annoying hoops, but was even more disappointed that I wasn't even given the option to have it made right.
