I give this em a three star because I believe that three is a neutral rating, neither negative nor positive. The item is very nice, well crafted, and somewhat structurally sound. However, the item lacks in quality workmanship particularly in the finishing details leading to a second hand store item and not a quality product. There are small nails around each square that are sitting halfway out; there is a nail head plain as day right dead center top of one panel, shiny silver against the black; there are tears and damages in a few of the runs of bamboo; there are threads hanging out of the vertical run in one panel; and, one panel has two different color hinges that definitely are noticeable. Beyond these minor infringements in the quality of workmanship, it is a nice item. If it reduces in price by fifty percent, I would recommend.
