The "Structural Glue" My Skin and Joints Were Hunting For I just started taking this Spring Valley Glucosamine/Chondroitin a few days ago, and I am already seeing a massive mechanical difference. I'm 62 and pretty active, and while I don't have "horrible" joint pain, I've struggled with a persistent stiffness in my jaw and around my brow area for years. Why I'm giving it a thumbs up: The "Hinge" Release: In less than a week, my jaw moved from "stiff" to "completely relaxed." It feels like I've finally greased the hinges of my face. The Moisture Lock: This product seems to actually "hold the water" in the connective tissue. My skin along my temples and brow is starting to feel "paper-thin" and flat—like it's finally shrink-wrapping back to the bone instead of looking puffy or stagnant. The Price: You can't beat the value. It's an affordable way to maintain structural integrity without overcomplicating things. Pro-Tip: I've been taking mine with warm Hibiscus and Ginger tea. The Vitamin C seems to "ignite" the product and help it weld to the tissue exactly where I need it. If you feel like your frame is getting a little "static" or stuck, this is a great, simple way to get things moving again. Highly recommend!
