I love these sausages. I make several of my family's favorite meals with them. Sweet-and-sour sausages (with sautéed onions and bell peppers, pineapple chunks, and sweet %26 sour sauce) over rice. Sausages with baked beans casserole (sautéed onions, and bell peppers, brown sugar. and mustard), served with potato salad. Five bean/sausage soup (one can each of your five favorite beans… Pinto, navy, kidney, black, cannelloni ), a arge can of petite, diced tomatoes, a small can of rotelle tomatoes, a large container of chicken broth, chopped onions, celery, carrots, and corn makes a very warm and comforting soup for cold winter nights. When cut into bite-size pieces, the sausages add wonderful flavor to each dish and stretches your recipe to feed many.
