This cat cave/bed is now my cat's favorite thing. Our previous cat wouldn't use any kind of cat bed, but this one goes into any bag or box we brought in the house, so the cave seemed like a good bet for her. As soon as it was out of the box and popped up into cave form, she went right in, curled up %26 went to sleep. Over time, she has come to prefer it mashed into a bowl shape for sleeping. She sleeps in it every day. It's a perfect fit (she's small...under 9 lbs) but I think an average sized cat would also fit fine. When the bed is opened in cave form, a larger cat could fit. It's made of beautiful wool and I got it on a great sale, too. Big win for the cat and me!
