Excellent Heavy-Duty Branch Cutter
I was really impressed with how well this trimmer works. The ratcheting mechanism makes cutting through thick branches so much easier, and it doesn't require a ton of strength. The long handles give great leverage and reach, but they're still comfortable to hold. The build feels very solid and high-quality, so I expect it to last a long time. For the price, it's excellent value compared to other cutters I've used. Pros: • Cuts thick branches smoothly with less effort • Comfortable handles with good grip • Strong, durable build • Great reach for taller shrubs/trees Cons: • A little heavier than some smaller cutters (but that's expected for heavy-duty) Overall, this tool exceeded my expectations and makes yard work so much easier. Highly recommended!

Cheap blade product failure
I bought this because of the ratchet. I used this product 3 times before the blade snapped off on live privet. I have owned a Sandvik loper without a ratchet for 40 years with absolutely no problems. If the ratchet is more powerful than the blade can handle then perhaps they should develop a more substantial blade.
