Baxton Studio Seine White Leather Contemporary Storage Ottoman

i received package damagedbon almost allnthe sides, one of the sides extensively damaged. That really worried me what will.be the condition of the item inside. And sure enough there was a a cut in the leather fabric. So disappointing. When I buy new piece of furniture, I expect to be new and intact. This is not acceptable to me. The cut is on fron ofnthe bench. I will be returning it. Somehow there was no much care put in handling of the product after it was manufactured. So sad. Otherwise it's a nice bench, I like it considering that I knew the leather is artificial material, so I didn't expect it to look like a genuine leather. It definitely does look on a simpler side because of stiff plastic material they used, but design makes up for it. Still looks stylish and is good for its price. I would love to have it, if it wasn't torn.

Item looks great with the exception of a major cut on the leather. I did a chat for it to be returned but haven't heard from anyone. It needs to be exchanged.
