CATEYE Enduro

I purchased this model of computer because I already have one on my primary commuter bike and I'm extremely pleased with it. I ride year round, anywhere from 200 to 500 miles a month. My 400 lumen LED headlamp can sometimes interfere with the signal of a wireless computer and it's frustrating to not capture the distance of my rides. This model has a heavy duty cable running from the wheel sensor to the computer base, instead of the flimsy wiring found on many others. The wire is just the right length so you don't have to do a messy coil or zigzag of the excess. It has the basic mileage features I need, but if you need cadence, two wheel sizes, etc, you need a different class of product. And your favorite tree will hug you back for using the carbon offset measurement. The device wakes up when it senses wheel movement, there are some out there that don't. I've used several computers over the years and for the price range, this is the one I've been most satisfied with.
