I started out by taking capsules but they would upset my stomache so I starting adding the powder from the capsule to a mug of Chi tea I sip on during the day. The powder was a better value than the capsules with two less pills to take. My daily tea now consists of Lions Mane %26 Turkey Tail mushroom and I feel it's helping with my brain fog.
