They don't foam!

Couldn't do anything other than 1 star. These foaming soap dispensers aren't worth the money.  They don't foam at all.  Bought for my sisters bridal shower, since she registered for them.  I was so embarrassed at the shower yesterday.  She wanted to try them, so 1 hour later getting the labels off, we filled them to make our discovery.  The entire family was horrified.  She said she would keep them and not to worry about it.  Very misleading and deceptive!
