Is God a Trinity? And what difference does it really make? What's at stake here? If we are worshiping God as a Trinity and He is not a triune God, then that constitutes idolatry. And Jesus said no idolater will enter God's kingdom (Revelation 21:8) - so this is a very serious matter and we better take a pretty close look at this topic, for our eternal existence is at stake.
