I am re reviewing my last review. Customer service very helpful sent me new STREAM SHAPER seams to work better. Had plumber make few adjustments faucet seem better and acceptable. Was expecting more for the buck but its ok

Poor water stream

I bought two of these for my primary bathroom. This faucet does not use an aerator. Because of this, the stream often times comes out pointing to the left or right. It seems to change periodically. The stream also splashes. I love the look of these faucets. Unfortunately, they aren't very good at their primary function. I've purchased a number of other Delta facets as I just completed a full house remodel and addition. This is the only model I'm not happy with.

Splashing and Bad Fow

Very happy with style and size. Customer service great with understanding my problem but no solution worked. Water stream still bad splashing. After many phone calls problem is with Laminar flow aerator. With all Delta engineering they can't get a fix find a better aerator. Wish I read reviews before. Take faucet all market.
