Pros: Easy to put together- trick....attach 3 of the velcro pieces together. Then insert the ball and wrap the 4th velcro piece and attach. Wrap other end around your torso and set! Maximizes athletes time working on skills as opposed to chasing the ball All around fun for soccer athletes or just a bored kid! Cons: Just a tad bit tricky to get the ball in, if you aren't thinking about it. Follow instructions above.

My daughter has used a similar kick trainer before using this Umbro version, however, this one is really great! We noticed that setting up the ball is easier, and more secure, with this one. The Velcro is strong and stays in place, so it's much easier to keep a rhythm going, versus having to adjust the straps around the ball because they get loose. The length of the cord is also good and made well; our other one wasn't as taut or as strong as this one, so my daughter definitely stays on her toes with this one! The adjustable, Velcro waistband is also a plus and stays securely in place. This kick trainer is a great way for any player to practice their touches, establish ball control, practice with their non-dominant foot, and they can do it on their own! And what's not to love about something non-electronic! My daughter loves taking this outside (she even takes it on vacation) and practicing and does it without any complaints—Can't beat that! Overall, the quality, usability are second to none and it's just a good, portable product for any soccer layer to have.
