Received item for Christmas. The material is nice, soft, and silky feeling. It is very full, which is my preference. Arms to the side are shorter than what I would like, but not by much. they will serve the purpose for keeping pillow upright. Zipper to the bottom of pillow so you can add or remove filler to your preference. Overall, I would purchase this pillow again. As far as durability, I cannot give any information as these gifts will be given for Christmas.
