We are so happy that we purchased the OLT gazebo!! We have already enjoyed using the gazebo several times and look forward to many years of enjoyment. We had a concrete base poured to the dimensions provided but added an inch on each side just to be extra sure. Waited a week for concrete to dry. Shipping was perfect with no damage to any parts. Everything was shipped in crates. The assembly went very well. It took 2 days with 2 workers and a little help from a 3rd worker for the roof rafter and cedar shingle assembly. Everything fit perfectly together as planned. Recommended pre-drilling the holes for the screws is important. We also anchored the floor joists to the concrete in 4 places as an extra precaution. We stained the gazebo with TWP pecan stain/sealer. We live in the Southeastern United States. The styling is so beautiful! The cupola design and cedar shake shingles are much prettier and more substantial than other brands. The quality of the wood, packaging, and pre-cut pieces are impeccable! And the instruction booklet and video are meticulous and very helpful with assembly. Besides the quality, anytime we had a question, whether it was before purchase or after, the ladies at OLT were pleasant and willing to help answer our questions. Great to work with. Top notch customer service. We looked at a variety of brands before we decided on OLT. It is definitely the right choice! We would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone!

Looking forward to getting this gazebo put together as it has now arrived. This is our second one (sold our old house with the first) and we missed having one. The new roof support brackets for snow load are a great addition to this outstanding product. Would highly recommend as the quality, assembly process and fit & finish are all excellent!
