I have been using this product for years, batteries last usually a full season, will last longer on flash. The green seems to be the most visible. I find these to be less work than the rechargeable collars.

It is simple to change the batteries and the batteries required are available at our $Store. Sometimes I put the necklace through the handle of his harness because his long fur covers the necklace.
