Does not fit model listed

The canopy did not fit the frame (confirmed the correct model by the company). I reached out to the company because they have a "fit guarantee" and they suggested some tips to try to get it to fit but none worked (it was still >2inches off from being able to get on!!). I was outside the 30 day delivery window at this point and they offered to refund if I paid to ship it back and they evaluated it.... however the cost to ship it back so HIGH that I am now out a lot of money.
