Perfect ingredients, controllable usage
I started using just one drop weekly, but then saw studies that indicated that K2 MK-4 might help my bone health. After taking 15 drops daily with a fatty meal and vitamin D3 for 1 1/2 years, my bone density scan result changed very little from its measurement that was done 2 1/2 years previously. I'm now taking 15 drops twice daily while I look forward to my next bone density scan.
