Very Sturdy
I received this Case and put my pencils in it. everything went perfect until I tried putting them in the lid and found they do not stay there when you close and open the box. After you sharpen them a couple times. I found a strong rubber band holds them in nicely.

Pretty box
I purchased this to hold my colored pencils on my desk and it does a fine job. The box is very nice looking, with plain wood, and the construction is fine. I do wonder what the holder is for on the inside lid.
