Broken before even played with.

I bought this twice and had to return it twice. It is supposed to transform into a wheeled vehicle and did not. When you push the back fin down it is supposed to release the wings and roll on the wheels. It does not, had to return it twice hoping that the first one was a lemon. My toddler was so upset but not going to keep a broken toy right out of the box.
