I've been looking for a pair of trail shoes or lightweight hiking books but had been unable to find anything in my size. Seeing these I decided to take a chance and ordered a pair, but unfortunaly came away dissappointed. The shoes are at least a full size smaller than labeled, perhaps more in width. The foot bed offers little support and no padding. Finally, the while the rest of the shoe was too tight, the heel was so loose and cut so low, my heel kept popping out of the shoe if I tried to run or even walk fast. Will almost certainly result in blisters if you walk in them much. I'm afraid I can't recommend these shoes.

After 3 weeks the heal on the inside is in pieces. More parts fall out everyday. For the price I am very disapointed.
