I had the newer version of this where you attach a bottle of cleaner but found it hard to insert the bottle. Also I am now in a wheelchair and I only used two of the metal rods so it is easier for me to use. And in a pinch if you run out of the wet pads, you can use a wash cloth. Can not do that with the bottom version.
